Marino grew up immersed in the jewelry industry because his Father founded Costello Jewelry Company in 1979. Since the inception, CJC has expanded to 3 locations in the Suburbs of Chicago: Glen Ellyn, Naperville, and Downers Grove. 

In 2015, Marino decided to pursue his passion for the Jewelry Trade. After doing countless hours of research and years of working alongside his Father, Marino became fascinated with natural, untreated gemstones. This particular interest was born because most rings manufactured today are created with gems that are heated to enhance their color and clarity, alongside being mass produced outside of the U.S. This sparked Marino's passion and desire to educate consumers and showcase Earth's natural gemstones.

​In 2018, Marino Agostino Jewelry was born to bring more unique, high quality Alternative Bridal and Fashion jewelry to the market using natural gemstones and natural diamonds that are hand selected by Marino and his wife, Alexandria.

In 2024 Marino won his first design award for his 12.50ct bi-color tourmaline bangle from a national publication.
